Christian Frentzen’s ‘Pulses’

Jazz, blues and electronic music – few artists move so effortlessly between genres as Christian Frentzen. The Cologne-based pianist and keyboardist, who regularly shares the stage with artists such as Till Brönner, Max Mutzke and Nils Landgren, focuses on one thing above all else on his new album, *Pulses*: strong compositions. He is accompanied by a top-class band, including bassist Thomas Stieger (Wolfgang Haffner, Sarah Connor, Marriage Material), drummer Moritz Müller (Heavytones, The Intersphere) and saxophonist Marc Doffey.
