Voucher purchase

The Jazz-Schmiede as a gift! Or as a convenient pre-paid credit for your own online pre-sale without additional electronic payment methods. Our vouchers can be redeemed for all events in our ticket shop and at the Jazz-Schmiede box office. Vouchers can also be purchased in cash at the Schmiede box office. The value of the voucher can only be used in part to purchase tickets, the remaining amount is retained and can be used for a later purchase.

To redeem the voucher, simply enter the 10-digit code in the "Voucher" field when purchasing the card. Any remaining credit of the voucher value will be displayed (please keep the voucher code for this purpose, the credit will not be saved in the customer account).

The vouchers are valid indefinitely.
