Common Ground

Common Ground, the common denominator, is a multifaceted improvisation music that radically pushes into the new and very personal without distancing itself from the silverware of jazz, from the commitment to an expanded understanding of harmony and pulse. In the recordings for Orimusic, the new album by Matthias Akeo Nowak, all the playful nuances come to the fore in which the long journey that Common Ground has travelled in the meantime can be felt.
