Los Pipos – Charity concert for Futuro Si
Latin jazz is at the heart of this ensemble, which was founded in 2016.
The focus is on Caribbean rhythms, Latin American music and plenty of Caribbean joie de vivre. Above all, it is their love of this music that unites the musicians – with contemporary arrangements and a personal touch, they breathe new life into traditional pieces.
Six friends from different parts of the world – a small family who want to share their joy of making music, laughing and living with their audience, whilst expressing their shared passion. The emphasis is on improvisation, very much in keeping with the South American tradition of using music to tell stories, evoke emotions and, of course, get the audience dancing.
Musical skill of the highest calibre, shaped by the diverse influences each musician brings to the table,
promises a truly special experience.
