Jam Session - True Sound Stories

Every Tuesday: Jam Session at the Jazz-Schmiede. As always, opening with an opener set, followed by an open session - anyone can come and join in.

With her debut album "Home", she brings the rhythms of pop, jazz and soul to the stage with passion - Viktoria Küpper and her band "True Sound Stories". Together with composer and jazz guitarist Simon Harscheidt, they formed a duo to pursue the joy of making music together. With their first album "Home", the duo line-up expanded into a larger band formation. Trombone sounds and groovy rhythms from the drums as well as the deep bass sounds make the musical colour spectrum multi-faceted and offer the musicians a lot of musical and creative freedom, which is expressed in the interpretation of the pieces. Their music is a constant exchange with each other, each note a part of their own personal and musical history.
