Weiner’s Christmas feat. Hanno Busch

To mark their 10th anniversary, the tried-and-tested line-up featuring Simon Oslender and Heiner Schmitz is releasing a ‘BEST OF’ compilation of all three albums released to date. Joining them as a special guest is Hanno Busch on guitar – winner of the Jazz Echo and the 2026 WDR Jazz Prize – who is also a founding member and – listen up – the band’s namesake.
Evergreens such as ‘Gin im Kelch’, ‘Speisezwiebeln an Reh’ and ‘Möglicher Heihnachtsüberschall’ will be featured this time, alongside early classics such as ‘Maria durch ein Dornwald ging’ and ‘Kommetet Ihr Hirtenen’.
