Cactus In A Garage

Ddue to illness as a trio without Joel Podolski on guitar: what sounds like a still life in black and white actually turns out to be an excitingly colourful soul jazz experience. With the organ at the centre of the band, the three young musicians bring their sound into the present day with their own compositions. They swing, revel and sweat their way through an energetic and groove-orientated performance that gets the intellect and emotions dancing in equal measure. They look to Larry Goldings, John Scofield and Joshua Redman, among others, for inspiration for their music. With a dangerous hip swing in their luggage, they now take their sound from the garage full of old Cadillacs to the clubs of the world.
